Stage 3 - Targeted Training

This training is recommended in addition to the CORE and ENHANCED training for those who have a specific role/responsibility in relation to the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of pupils, and are likely to have regular contact with children and young people with mental health difficulties as part of their role (e.g. mental health leads).

Competencies at this stage include the ability to lead on whole school approaches to wellbeing, cascade knowledge to others, and ensuring self and others attend regular CPD and refresher training.
