EXAMS

Post Exam Result Season

What should I do if I didn't get the results I expected?

Speak to someone at your school/college about your options.  It maybe that you want to re-take your exams. The second time may not seem as stressful, and it will give you more time to prepare.

You may also want to think about all the different options available to you. There is lots of information on the National Careers Service website to help you find out what other things you can do instead, you might find it takes you on a whole new path!

Go down a different path?

If you speak to lots of adults, often they will tell you that their life has taken them in a different direction to the path they expected to follow at your age. Our journeys in life frequently change course and things don't always go to plan, remember today is just the beginning. Spend some time thinking of what you would like to do next – not where you want to be in 10 years time – and explore different options you can take to help you get there.
