Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Children & Young People Mental Health Support

NATIONAL SUPPORT

Self-care summer resources to help Children, Young People and School Staff practise self-care over the summer break HERE

The summer holidays offer an opportunity to recharge, but some young people may find themselves struggling without the structure and support network of school.

Anna Freud Centre has created these #SelfCareSummer packs. These packs feature a range of creative activities based on self-care strategies that other young people have found useful in helping them stay mentally healthy.

They also signpost young people and their families to additional support.

University Transition Webinar for Young People HERE

The Anna Freud Centre is offering a free webinar to all students who will be transitioning from sixth form or college to university this autumn.

This webinar will provide an overview of what to expect in this period of transition, and will share strategies for students to manage their own wellbeing when starting out at university.

Who is it for?

This free webinar is aimed at Year 13 and college students who will be starting university this autumn term.
