Finding Balance

Finding balance in life is vital for self care

Try this short mindfulness exercise to help you find balance.

1) Sit somewhere comfortable where you won't be interrupted or disturbed

2) Take some deep, slow breath and ask yourself- what are 3 things I can hear? What 3 things can I see? What are 3 things I can touch ?

3) Think about your answers slowly, one sense at a time.
